7. Special National Condition for Finland - EN 60335-2-29:2004: Polyvinylchloride sheathed cords are not allowed for chargers for charging automobile batteries in outdoor use or locations where the temperature is equal to the outdoor temperature. In order to avoid this it should be indicated in the instructions for use as well as in the licence document: "Not suitable for use in Finland" (in instructions for use in Finnish language only). NOTE An action was started in April 2000 by the Finnish Authorities for the withdrawal of this Special National Condition for Finland.
